Setup has detected an incompatible build

I can not install the drivers to my RX580 8GB. This msg appears after the autodetect drivers or the driver to the Windows 10 "finish" the preinstall of the drivers from the AMD official website.

"Setup has detected an incompatibile build. Setup will now exit."

How can I install the drivers? I also have tried DDU and Driver Booster methods.

My setup:

OS: Windows 10 pro edition

CPU: i5 3470

RAM: 2x4gb DDR3 1600Mhz

GPU: GIGABYTE RX580 8GB — RGB Version

I have an Envy 750 with built-in OEM Radeon R7 as well as a Radeon R5 in a PCI slot. I removed the R5 from the PCI slot and installed a Radeon RX560. The computer won’t allow me to install the RX560 drivers. I get the message: "Setup has detected an incompatible build. Setup will now exit."

I have enabled "Legacy Boot" in the Set Up Utility, which didn’t help.

According to what I have read there are no Win 7 32-bit drivers for the Radeon RX560 . You will have to upgrade to Win 7 64-bit or Win 10.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
